Noble Fitness provides everything you need to embark on your fitness journey. There are no shortcuts or quick fixes; instead, it demands dedication, consistency, patience, and hard work. I am not seeking perfection but rather consistent habits and a mindset to grow. To achieve this, you must show up for yourself by cultivating small daily habits. I will be here to guide and support you throughout your journey, but remember, you must be willing to put in the real work!

A little backstory on my fitness journey: my passion for fitness started in middle school when I joined the track team. I continued to run all throughout high school. I won’t lie, I wasn’t very fast, but I was extremely dedicated to becoming better. I got into the gym and worked hard to be better, but once I went to college and stopped being as active, I gained over 25 pounds. My daily habits were lying around, eating family-size chips ALONE, fast food multiple times a day, and drinking multiple sodas. I gained so much weight I couldn’t even recognize myself anymore.
Y’all won’t believe how many times I started the gym before actually committing. I told myself this would be the time I start for almost 2 years. This time I will lock in, this time I will be consistent, this time I won’t quit, but I did. I quit multiple times before I ever actually started. November 2019 was different; I actually felt ready to commit. I finally committed.
Six years of commitment to myself. Six years of hard work. Six years of keeping those promises to myself. My credentials come from my experience and how I have been able to transform my own body. This journey would have been much easier if I had someone to hold me accountable. A personalized plan that was specifically tailored to my needs would have been even better!
